We put a box of the best peanut brittle in the world in the mailbox and put up the flag. We really hope she enjoys our gift!
And my little Gracie Girl couldn't wait to get her first tongue-ful of fresh, white, fluffy snow.

This is my favorite. I love our mail carrier, she always has a smile no matter how cold it is out there. I am going to do this same act of kindness, and then I think the kids and I will give to the trash man. The trash workers are among the hardest workers of them all. Thanks for the inspiration and ideas my beautiful friend.
"The creative is the place where no one else has ever been. You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you'll discover will be wonderful. What you'll discover is yourself."
~ Alan Alda
I am Mama to 4 great kids, 2 boys and a set of identical twin little girls. My girls were a miraculous gift because of an extremely high risk pregnancy and they have catapulted me into a whole new phase of life. Prior to having them, I was a financial analyst. I was into all things business and had no desire to do half of the things I am passionate about today. During my month long hospital stay while pregnant, I developed a love for crochet. Since then, I have picked up sewing, knitting, thrifting and anything else I can get my hands on.
The Crafty Nook is what I affectionately call my sewing room. It is usually a mess but I love it anyway. I express my creativity in the Nook. There are very few places I would rather be.
I Would Love to Hear from You!
