"The creative is the place where no one else has ever been. You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you'll discover will be wonderful. What you'll discover is yourself."
~ Alan Alda

About Me
I am Mama to 4 great kids, 2 boys and a set of identical twin little girls. My girls were a miraculous gift because of an extremely high risk pregnancy and they have catapulted me into a whole new phase of life. Prior to having them, I was a financial analyst. I was into all things business and had no desire to do half of the things I am passionate about today. During my month long hospital stay while pregnant, I developed a love for crochet. Since then, I have picked up sewing, knitting, thrifting and anything else I can get my hands on.
The Crafty Nook is what I affectionately call my sewing room. It is usually a mess but I love it anyway. I express my creativity in the Nook. There are very few places I would rather be.

Thank you Shannon! I needed to "pair down" :) Slowly I've been editing this new blog to where I want it, which will include a "friends link list" so I'll be adding you soon. It's fun to keep up on everyone! Sorry for the disppearing act :)
